hi strangers!
while i'm not new to the psychedelic scene, i'm only just recently trying this "applying myself artisticly" thing.
3d blacklight string-visuals... like.. cybertronix.psytrance.cz/strdeco.php <<this stuff... what are the first steps to making it? has anybody worked with this medium? thoughts? helpful suggestions? warnings to turn back now, before it's too late?
i just made like four fluorescent dream catchers.. but i dream in 3d...

Fri, October 6, 2006 - 10:21 AMWow! Cool! I used to do a 2D version of this as a kid by pouding nails into a board then wrapping colourful strings on the board to make patterns....
My first thought is maybe you could use threaded rods & wrap the strings in the grooves? Might be too heavy.. but it would be a start... looking foward to seeing what you come up with! :) -
