Hey, I'd love to talk a lil bit about the loft space and whatnot. I don't have a lot of time at the moment to get to into it in this message, as i am working, but i glanced upon this post, and dont wanna miss a potentially amazing opportunity to connect with what seems to me (at first glance) to be a great fit for me, my artistic vision, and my lifestyle.

I currently live at park la brea, and had a place all lined up for moving out to before the 20th, but that wasn't totally set in stone, and i have been looking for an affordable space downtown large enough and at the right price - and believe it or not, they dont come up all that often around christmas.. ;-)

I'm a 27 year old IT Consultant, artist, and musician. I am a part of the LA BM community, as I can see you are, and am actively involved in the events thrown at Space Island. I DJ and produce music in my space time, and am considerate and empathic. I smoke sometimes, but not inside - unless its the occasional 420 sesh.. you know the deal..
